We have a few things left to get the flying field ready. We are building barricades around a few of the vents this week. Gene is working on the required signs. If anyone has experience working concrete, let me know. We need to pour slabs to put our buildings on. Those are the items left before the GA EPG inspects and gives us a green light to open. After that the runway will require some more work. Gene leveled and smoothed it out with a bobcat and we put out some grass seed. I think it will need to be reseeded to get the grass growing like we want. If we have any grass gurus, I could use some input. We are getting very close to to having an open and usable field.
